We hope that you are pleased with your purchase
from Cleaning-Laminate-Flooring.com however, we understand that there are occasions
when you may need to return goods to us. For your peace of mind and happiness
we offer the following terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.
Remember, if you are not 100% happy with what you have bought then just
send it back to us - unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days for
a full refund of the item / product cost only. We do not offer the replacement
of the costs of postage for items sent out from our premises nor do we offer to
cover the costs of the return postage if the items / goods are no longer required.
What to do if you have changed your mind?
Please contact us as soon
as possible if you have simply changed your mind and wish to cancel you order,
making sure that you quote your Order Number (contact details as below).
your order has not been processed and shipped then we can cancel it immediately
and your money will be credited back to you however, if your order has already
been dispatched then you will need to return the goods to us (see Returns Instructions
below) at your own cost and within 14 days of the date that the item was delivered
to you. On receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund for the cost of the
goods to your original payment method (postage and insurance are not refundable).
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for products that shows
evidence of having been used, unless they are faulty.
Please note that
return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods
Tip: To receive the item that you need faster simply place a new
order for the item you require (remember that we only list items that we have
in stock and available for immediate dispatch). You can then return the original
item as per our Returns Instructions below and we will issue a full refund for
the cost of the goods to your original payment method upon receipt (postage and
insurance are not refundable).
What to do if your goods are faulty upon
If the goods are faulty upon receipt or on first use then please
contact immediately. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements.
If we are unable to supply an exact replacement, and/or a viable alternative cannot
be supplied either, then we shall issue a full refund to you via your original
What to do if your goods appear damaged upon arrival?
also inform us immediately if your goods were damaged in transit. If goods are
visibly damaged upon receipt please accept delivery and then contact us. Please
ensure that you retain everything as is, at the delivery address so that our claim
with the courier can be validated. We will often need proof of the problem via
a brief description of the type of damage, such as the item appears to have been
dropped, crushed or pieced ,and if possible a photograph will help with our claim.
What to do if you have received the wrong goods?
Please contact us
immediately if you think that you have received the wrong goods, and we will make
every effort to rectify the situation in the quickest and most convenient way
possible, and at no further cost to yourself. We will arrange for replacement
goods to be dispatched to you and will ask you to return the incorrect items via
The Royal Mail, Standard Parcel Service at your post office. We will arrange the
refund of your postage costs in this event.
What to do if your goods have
developed a fault?
All products are backed by a 12 month manufacturer's
guarantee from the date of purchase. If you experience a problem with your goods
please contact us, with your original Order Number to hand. Subject to your exact
requirements we can then agree or discuss any other preferred course of action
you would like us to take.
We recommend that
you use a reputable courier, such as The Royal Mail standard parcels service from
your local post office. We will only honor refunds of postage where necessary,
when this service has been used.
Please note that responsibility for any
product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it. If you send
a product back for an exchange you will be charged for shipping the new product
back to you.
